Impressions Fine Art Gallery began as an idea when Mary Grady, a local artist and Artist in Residence for Blue Harbor; was approached by Blue Harbor Resort management with a vision for opening a fine art gallery at the resort. Blue Harbor offered one of their conference rooms as a temporary gallery space, and Impressions opened as a “pop-up” in June 2025. Following its successful opening night and positive reception from both the Sheboygan art community and resort guests, we decided to make Impressions a permanent fixture. 

The gallery has showcased works from over 100 state-wide artists and hosted monthly workshops that have attracted both residents and visitors.  We are more than a gallery alone; we also curate, exhibit and promote visual arts in satellite locations, and provide support to artists in a variety of ways.  See the Purpose Section for more details.

Impressions works closely with Blue Harbor and is a separate entity; and is a 501c3 status.
