Micki High, MA She has taught technical writing for all disciplines at the Senior university setting. She is the author of an ESL textbook and is an experienced proofreader.

Delaine Reichert is the Executive Manager for Blue Harbor Resort. Previously, she served as the Conference Service Manager for the Resort. She has been instrumental in Blue Harbor’s commitment to the success of Impressions Fine Art Gallery.

Rick Grant is the founder and President of RGA Public Relations. A former journalist, he provides customized strategic communications solutions to clients across the country from his office on historic 8th Street in Sheboygan. Grant is frequently asked to be a contributing writer for national publications and is often asked to speak at national conferences and host seminars.
Rhonda Strassburg- Vice President
Rhonda has 40+ years of experience in the production workforce. Upon retirement she was able to fulfill a dream to create art. She started with acrylic, occasionally dabbling in oil. She has taken watercolor classes and continues her creative journey.

Rob has 20 years of financial sales, training and management. He has been a business owner and practitioner of natural health care. In his spare time, he is a gifted woodworker.

Winter Kohler Wilhelm is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with a degree in Sociology, and a minor in Art History. She works at Great Marriages as their digital marketing and special events coordinator. She also serves on several boards and committees in the Sheboygan area.

An IT expert by trade and a creative at heart, he brings a unique perspective to the team as both an avid amateur photographer and a dedicated comic book collector. He specializes in making complex technology processes look easy.
