· Accepted 2D art must be delivered to the gallery during the timeframes requested. If there is an issue with said timing, please contact the gallery to schedule an alternate delivery time. All packing and transportation packaging must be removed by the artist at delivery, and taken with them
· Accepted artwork must be labeled – on the back for 2D, on the bottom for 3D. Label details required are:
o Artist Name
o Title
o Dimensions (framed)
o Medium
o Price
· 2D artwork must be wired. No sawtooth hangers will be accepted. We suggest wiring your paintings at the top third of the frame height. For example, if your frame is 24 inches high, the wire should be secured approximately 8 inches down from the top of the frame. Please make sure the wire is not so long that it is visible above the artwork or allows the nail and hook to show when the piece is hung.
· Impressions Fine Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse any art piece that is damaged, not properly framed, or fails to meet the eligibility and entry requirements
· Artwork may not be removed prior to exhibition closing date (see calendar)
· The Gallery team will handle artwork in a professional manner and with great care; however, the Impressions Fine Art Gallery, it’s team and Blue Harbor Resort will not be held liable for loss or damage to artwork while on premises or during it’s transportation to and from the Gallery. We recommend that all artists (at their expense) properly insure their art against loss or damage.
