Exhibition Agreement

At the time of artwork delivery, each artist will be asked to sign an Exhibition Agreement. The agreement will be sent to artists upon acceptance for review. Hard copies will be available for signature when delivering art to Impressions Fine Art Gallery.

January 16-31, 2026: Call for Artists’ Submissions

January 31, 2026 (midnight): Submission Deadline

February 2, 2025: Artist Notification (sent via email)

February 6 & 7, 2026: Art Drop Off occurs 2/6 from 3-7pm and 2/7 from 10-2 pm at Impressions Gallery

May 3, 2026: Exhibition Closes

  • Location #1 – Restaurant

    Physical Description: Three rooms to display art:

    • Room #1 approximately 24x20 (3 walls),

    • Room #2 approximately 32 feet square (3 walls),

    • Room #3 approximately 40 feet square (3 walls). Wall color is cream in all rooms, that will allow for very colorful art. Very high ceilings in Rooms 2 & 3 that would allow a painting above wainscotting with a height of 5 feet max.

    Total number of pieces = approximately 40-50

    Concept: Lake, beach, water, blue, green, birds/animals, local landmarks. All mediums, all styles.

    Location #2 – Restaurant

    Physical Description: One main dining room with many windows so there are size restrictions. Three wider spaces that would hold an art piece as wide as 40 inches. Several other wall spaces that would accommodate 36” or less.

    Total number of pieces = approximately 10

    Concept: floral, food, generally very open to other concepts. All mediums, all styles.

    Location #3 – Restaurant

    Physical Description: single dining room with smaller wall spaces between windows. Max width is 18”, max height is 36”

    Concept: “Palate to Palette” – food subject matter. All mediums, all styles.

  • 2D submissions must be original; reproductions of originals in any form (including giclee) are not eligible.

    • Artwork must be a single piece, diptychs or triptychs are not eligible

    • Artwork dimensions are detailed in the Location Summary

    • Each artist may submit four pieces of art

    Entry Process

    Please have your submission images, image details (title, FRAMED dimensions, medium, price) a biography, a profile picture ready to download.

    Artists (emerging or established), 18 years of age or older are invited to enter 2D art.

    Submission Fee

    We have waived the submission fee for the satellite locations, but you must have a Membership designation (non-member, member, volunteer member). If you are new to Impressions, choose the membership level that best fits your needs and can be paid via our website. Membership details are available on this site, click here.

    Membership Fee

    Membership begins at $30 per year and entitles the artist to several benefits. If paying via credit card, there are processing fees.

  • All submission images must be direct-facing and cropped, 2D submissions should present with no matting or frame surrounding the piece.

    • Images should be in sharp focus with color as accurate as possible

    • Images must be uploaded in correct orientation (portrait, landscape)

    • File size must be less than 4MB

    • Images must be in .jpg format, 300dpi

    • Images must be named as follows: artistname_title. (Do not includ spaces in the file name)

    Selection

    There will not be a formal jury for this Show, the owners of the satellite locations have final approval. The gallery team does reserve the right to not accept any work of art.

    • Accepted 2D art must be delivered to the gallery during the timeframes requested. If there is an issue with said timing, please contact the gallery to schedule an alternate delivery time. All packing and transportation packaging must be removed by the artist at delivery, and taken with them

    Accepted artwork must be labeled on the back. Label details required are:

    • 2D artwork must be wired. No sawtooth hangers will be accepted. If you need wiring parameters, please reach out.

    • Impressions Fine Art Gallery reserves the right to refuse any art piece that is damaged, not properly framed, or fails to meet the eligibility and entry requirements

    • Artwork may not be removed prior to exhibition closing date (see calendar)

    • The Gallery team will handle artwork in a professional manner and with great care; however, the

    • Impressions Fine Art Gallery and it’s team will not be held liable for loss or damage to artwork while on premises or during your transportation to and from the Gallery. We recommend that all artists (at their expense) properly insure their art against loss or damage

    • All art must be for sale

    • All art placed at the above locations will be set up with qr codes so that they may be purchased “off the wall”. The artist will be informed when a piece sells and given the opportunity to offer a replacement piece of similar size.

    • Commission rates are described in the Membership Opportunities Chart.

    • At the end of each month, sales will be summarized and respective artist’s commissions generated via check and mailed (eg- end of September sales checks will be issued the first week of October). We are in the process of setting up electronic payment as well. We hope to offer this by the end of January 2026.
